REFUNDS FOR VACUUMS
Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days of it’s shipping date. Items that are in un-sellable condition, missing parts are non returnable. All other circumstances will be charged a 10% restocking fee at our discretion. You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 7 business days of Vacs N Videos receiving your return. If you paid by check or money order a refund will be sent out within 7 business days.
Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Return your item(s) using UPS, or standard U.S. Mail.
We do not issue call tags, if you have a item which needs to be returned, you will need to take this to the post office and mail it back.
Do not send us your old broken parts to see if we can get new ones. We can not accept them due to insurance and health liabilities.
REFUNDS FOR Video game, movies, etc.
We guarantee are merchandise 100% against being defective. (Many times if you have a game cartridge, they usually don’t go bad they just need cleaning. Try cleaning a game cartridge first or email us and we will tell you how to clean it.) Items that are defective may be returned within 30 days of it’s shipping date. If we have another one in stock we will replace it. If we don’t have one we will send you a refund. You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 7 business days of Vacs N Videos receiving your return. How to Return / Exchange Any Item.
In order to return or exchange an item you will need to fill out our Return Merchandise Request Form. We will then provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to insure that your return is properly routed and that your refund or replacement is processed properly

If you intend to return any item for any reason you must complete this request form. Failure to do so will void your right to return the item. Remember, you only have15 days from the date the item was delivered to you to file this request.
The information we require is necessary to identify your order.
