Page Updated 5/25/2004 How long will it take to get my order? Usually within 7-10 days. Every effort is made to ship your order within 48 hours that you place the order. Orders are shipped via USPS OR UPS depending on the weight of the order. USPS usually take 3-5 days shipping and UPS takes 3-5 days delivery AFTER they are picked up.  See Shipping Methods: Shipping Methods Standard shipping will be shipped by one of the following methods: 1st Class, 4th Class, Parcel Post, Parcel Direct, UPS. The standard shipping method is determined by Vacs N’ Videos based on the size and weight of the package. We ship to the 50 US states and APO addresses. Package will be shipped within 48 hours in most cases. Next Day and 2nd Day Air: Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be place by 12:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Next day shipping is not available on weekends, but will go out Monday if the item is in stock. If your item is not in stock we can usually get it back in stock the next day, but you will be contacted by email or phone. Next Day will be shipped by UPS or USPS depending on the carrier’s pick up and delivery schedule. 2nd Day Air will be shipped by UPS. UPS does not deliver a 2nd Day Air package on the weekends. How secure is this website? This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We track IP addresses in the event that a credit card is lost or stolen or an attempt is made to use it illegally. Financial and personal information is encrypted using the latest encryption techniques. Strict measures are in force to guard against misuse of paper copies of financial and personal information. Because secure mode can slow down the site, you will see the security icon only in the checkout pages. Rest assured that every precaution is taken to keep your information safe and secure. We guarantee we do not sell or give away any of your information. Phone or fax my orders You may call or fax your order in. You must supply your credit card at that time, before we can ship out your order. Are their benefits to placing my order online vs. phoning it in? . No. The only difference is that it will not be the expense of a phone call. We place priority on all orders, online or called in. When is my credit card actually billed? We don’t charge your card until the product is labeled and ready to be sent out. This means that we don’t get paid until we get your product under way so rest assured that every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders are filled within 48 hours.
